THE TERMS APPLY TO THE USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT WITH LINKS TO THIS AGREEMENT (COLLECTIVELY, THE "WEBSITE") IN ANY WAY, INCLUDING USING THE SERVICES ENABLED VIA THE WEBSITE (THE "SERVICES") BY SKILLZIP.COM OR USERS OF THE SITE ("USERS"), CLICKING THE "I ACCEPT" CHECK BOX, OR MERELY BROWSING THE WEBSITE, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS. THESE TERMS OF USE DO NOT CREATE ANY AGENCY, PARTNERSHIP, JOINT VENTURE, EMPLOYER-EMPLOYEE, OR FRANCHISER-FRANCHISEE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE USERS AND SKILLZIP.COM. The business, any of its business divisions and / or its subsidiaries, associate companies or subsidiaries to subsidiaries or such other investment companies (in India or abroad) reserve their respective rights to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. The Services include, but are not limited to, a learning management system that entities and individuals ("Entities" and "Individuals") may subscribe to and provide to their instructors and learners ("Instructors" and "Learners") or use it as instructors or learners in connection with courses (each, a "Course"). Skillzip provides an account that enables a designated User to manage the Services, manage Learner and Instructor access to the Services, and provide general support on behalf of an Entity. "User" means any user of the Services, including Learners, and Instructors.

User agrees that neither Company nor its group companies, directors, officers or employee shall be liable for any direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special or/and consequential or/and exemplary damages, resulting from the use or/and the inability to use the service or/and for cost of procurement of substitute goods or/and services or resulting from any goods or/and data or/and information or/and services purchased or/and obtained or/and messages received or/and transactions entered into through or/and from the service or/and resulting from unauthorized access to or/and alteration of user’s transmissions or/and data or/and arising from any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or/and use or/and data or other intangible, even if Company  has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

User further agrees that Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension or termination of service, including but not limited to direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent.

User agrees that Company shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall Company’s total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

Views expressed by speakers, sponsors and/or exhibitors are their own. Company cannot accept liability for any advice given, or views expressed, by any Authors, faculty, teachers, mentors sponsor and/or exhibitor in the training programs or in any material provided to students. In addition, company shall not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of the services or information provided in connection with the courses/ programs.

DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

In no event shall Company or any parties, organizations or entities associated with the corporate brand name us or otherwise, mentioned at this Website be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitations, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damage to computer hardware or loss of data information or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Website and the Website material, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not, such organization or entities were advised of the possibility of such damages.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Submission of an online registration is regarded as a firm booking and acceptance of these terms and conditions; however the booking will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. Payment in full must be received at time of registration and no later than 1 week before the date that the event begins. In the event that full payment is not received by then, the delegate will be refused entry to the event. We accept payment by Paytm and bank transfer; please note that all transfer charges must be met by the sender.

PRIVACY

The personal information supplied in connection with this booking will be held by http://skillzip.com a website owned and managed by IT Break.Com Pvt Ltd. as a record of attendees and parties expressing interest. By registering for any events the parties concerned are agreeing that the event organizers may use that personal information to contact them by email, direct mail, telephone or fax, in order to supply information relevant to this event, or about other events and opportunities that the organizers are planning and feel may be of interest to them. The organizers may also share this information with its partners and event sponsors in order for them to contact the delegates about other products and services which may be of interest to the delegates. If you do not want your details to be used in this way, please contact company by letter or email to confirm this.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a delegate, you must notify us in writing at the earliest opportunity and at least 24 hours before the event begins.

CHANGES AND POSTPONMENT

We reserves the right to make alterations to the event program, venue and timings at any time. In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the event is being postponed or the dates being changed, the organizers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegate. If by re-arrangement or postponement the event can take place, the booking between the delegate and the organizers shall remain in force and will be subject to the cancellation schedule above.

INSURANCE

It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the event. we cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.

PHOTOS & FILMING

For promotional purposes, photos and video recordings will be taken during the event. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organizers in writing prior to the event.

WEBSITE & LINKS

The event and associated websites may link to other websites and networking tools provided for the convenience of the users. The contents of these websites are maintained by their owners, for which company takes no responsibility. Neither can responsibility be taken for contents of any website linking to this website.

GENERAL

We reserve the right at all time to change, amend, add or remove any of the above terms without prior notice If one or more of the conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions should be or become invalid, the remaining conditions will continue to be valid and apply. These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants of this event. including speakers, sponsors and exhibitors.

SERVICE PROVIDER CODE OF CONDUCT

The information is provided by skillzip (owned and managed by IT Break.com Pvt. Ltd.) hereby refered as "company" for Mentor/ trainer/ guide or any person providing service to company, hereby refered to as "service provider"

  1. Legal Compliance: All mentors providing their services to company must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those related to labor, health, safety, and the environment.
  2. Ethical Conduct: Mentors must conduct themselves with integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior while providing their services to company. They must not engage in any activity that could be perceived as a conflict of interest, including bribery, kickbacks, or any other unethical behavior.
  3. Respect for Human Rights: Mentors must respect the human rights of all individuals, including their right to freedom of association, non-discrimination, and fair labor practices. Mentors must ensure that their own employees and service provider also respect these rights.
  4. Workplace Safety: Mentors must provide a safe and healthy working environment for their employees and ensure that their service provider also provide a safe and healthy working environment.
  5. Environmental Responsibility: Mentors must take steps to minimize their impact on the environment and comply with all relevant environmental laws and regulations.
  6. Protection of Intellectual Property: Mentors must respect the intellectual property rights of others, including company and its customers, and not use any confidential or proprietary information for their own benefit or the benefit of others.

  8. Compliance with company Policies and Procedures: Mentors must comply with all company policies and procedures that apply to their services, including but not limited to data protection, privacy, and information security.
  9. Professionalism: Mentors must provide high-quality services to company and its customers, and act in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  10. Liability for Statements: Any mentor delivering live lectures or providing any other services to company must ensure that they do not make any statements that could be perceived as being against public safety, the safety of the country, a person, or a company. The mentor will be solely responsible for any such statements, and company will not be liable for any such statements.

Company reserves the right to terminate its relationship with any mentor who fails to comply with this Service provider Code of Conduct or with any applicable laws or regulations.
