Refund & Cancellation Policy


The terms “We” / “Us” / “Our”/”Company” individually and collectively refer to skillzip.com (A website owned and managed by IT Break Com Pvt Ltd) and the terms “Visitor” ”User” "Participant" refer to the customer.

We like to help our clients as far as possible, and therefore have a generous cancellation policy.

Return Policy:

  1. All digital products (workshops, training programs, and consultancy services) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  2. In case of physical products (such as books), if the product is damaged or defective, we will replace the product free of charge within 7 days of purchase. Customers must inform us of any defects within 7 days of receiving the product.
  3. For physical products, if the customer wishes to return the product for any other reason, they must inform us within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in its original condition, and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
  4. To initiate a return, the participant needs to contact us customer support team and provide their order details.
  5. The participant will be required to provide a valid reason for the return(of physical product).
  6. Once the return(of physical product) is initiated, we will review the request and determine if the return is eligible.
  7. If the return (of physical product) is approved, the participant will be provided with a full refund within 10 business days.

Refund Policy:

    a. we cancels any e- service (training program, workshop),
  4. If the participant cancels their participation in a workshop, training program, or consultancy service, they will not be eligible for a refund.
  5. If the participant is unable to attend a workshop, training program, or consultancy service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer them the opportunity to attend the next available session.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Customers may cancel their order for physical products (such as books) within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order cannot be cancelled.
  2. Customers may cancel their order for e- service (training program, workshop), at any time before the commencement of the e- service (training program, workshop),. However, we reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service fee, depending on the circumstances.
  3. If we cancels an e- service (training program, workshop), participants will be notified via email at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  4. In the event of cancellation by we, participants will be provided with a full refund within 10 business days.
  5. If a participant cancels their participation in an e- service (training program, workshop),, they will not be eligible for a refund.
  6. If a participant is unable to attend any  e- service (training program, workshop), due to unforeseen circumstances, we
