He received his Ph.D. Degree in Operations Management from Rajasthan Technical University, in June 2022, MBA in Materials Management and HRM and Then worked as an Assistant Professor (Contract), Rajasthan Technical University from 2007 to 2022 and current working as assistant professor at SIOM, Nashik since last two years. He is having 33 Years of Experience which includes 16 years in industry (from 1989 to 2005) after his B Tech ( Mechanical) in 1988 and later in academics from 2007 to continue in the field of project execution, Inventory Management, procurement and quality during industry and subjects expertise as project management, operations management, lean six sigma, procurement, materials management, warehouse management, training and development, innovation and entrepreneurship development, training and development, Total quality management etc. He is the author of books; TQM, Procurement and MM, Service Operation Management, book chapter Spare parts integrated and sustainable frame work for petroleum and fertilizer industry; published 3 Scopus index , 3 international, 2 national and 3 copy right, and a patent
