He received his Ph.D. Degree in Management from Sri Venkateshwara University in 2011 and earned his postdoctoral. Then worked as a in PEC and BIHER Institute/University for 22 Years. He is having 25 Years of Experience in the field of Management His area of expertise includes: HR, Marketing, Retail & Strategic Management. He is the author of 8 books, 93 articles, recipient of 5 Grants, 7 awards etc.

Mr. Amit Kumar is a Master trainer & Principal consultant working in the area of Lean Six Sigma, Operational excellence. He is having more than 14 years of Experience in the field of Lean Six Sigma, Operational excellence, worked both India & abroad. His Area of Expertise includes process improvement in Manufacturing, Services, Garments, IT/ITES, Automobile. He is also a trainer on various Lean Six Sigma topics like Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with many organizations like Henry Harvin, Simplilearn, National Productivity Council and Quality Council of India.
