  • Overview of the Sexual Harassment of Particular at Workplace (Prevention,Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013.

  • Types of sexual harassment: Quid pro quo and hostile work environment.
  • Recognizing inappropriate behavior: Verbal, non-verbal, and physical conduct.

  • Employer obligation to prevent and respond to complaints.
  • Setting up the Internal Committee (IC): Composition and mandate.

  • Role of witnesses and maintaining records.

Session 3: Legal Framework and Consequences

  • Legal rights of the complainant and respondent.
  • Disciplinary actions, penalties, and corrective measures.
